Wendy’s mission is to help people and brands unlock their potential and achieve great things.

Her expertise ranges from communication, brand leadership, sales, messaging, and more.

She started her own remote brand and marketing agency in 2005. Having worked with a wide variety of industries, she developed a framework to help clients with a major obstacle:

To communicate who they are, and the value of what they offer in a meaningful, impactful way.

BrandStrengths was that framework.

Since 2017, she’s been speaking and running intensives and workshops on various topics related to entrepreneurship.

She’s a mom, artist and desert transplant, living in Colorado.

Joy is passionate about making things better everywhere she goes, and with everyone she meets. She is a marketing strategist, founder of Jumpstart Marketing, community advocate, writer, and mom.

For more than 20 years, she’s guided small-to-large businesses and nonprofits to engage and grow their audiences through clear, compelling, and effective messaging.

She devours books, has never met a guacamole she didn’t like, finds people and culture endlessly fascinating, and is always willing to ask or say what everyone else is thinking.

She and her husband Scott have been married since 1998, and together have 4 children, 3 living.

They live in Ohio, with their 3 kids, 2 cats, and 2 dogs.
